To check your software version number select Customer Support from the Help Menu.

3.1.5 is a free update for all version 3 Users. Users of earlier versions will need to upgrade.

To update your software please follow the instructions below:

Windows Users

1. Close Movie Outline
2. Uninstall Movie Outline from the Control Panel or Start Menu
3. Download the latest demo
4. Launch the downloaded setup file and install Movie Outline
5. If your software was previously activated then the demo restrictions will automatically be removed
6. If the software is in demo mode, select Activate from the Help Menu and enter your serial number

Mac Users

1. Close Movie Outline
2. Copy any outlines (.mvo files) you may have created within your Application Folder to another location
3. Download the latest demo
4. Click on the downloaded disk image to mount it
5. Drag the Movie Outline 3 Folder Icon onto the Application Folder Icon
6. If your software was previously activated then the demo restrictions will automatically be removed
7. If the software is in demo mode, select Activate from the Help Menu and enter your serial number
